hey Fit Phattys,
So as you know we did our FPSN group workout yesterday and i called myself really doing it when it came to the abs part. I knew that my abs were a little weak so i wanted to really hold them tight and use every bit of exurtion i had.
During the workout, I could feel my muscles going into failure. I was shaking and I had to get back into the move over and over.
I thought to myself why is this going on. then i realized even though my abs are strong and i can do a lot with them, when you do NEW moves or moves you havent done in a while, its just like being a beginner.
WELL, when i woke this morning, I went to roll over to get out of bed and UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!! My abs locked up and I couldnt move! lol
I had to have my hubby roll me back toward him , so i could be on my back . Then I had to lay there and do a stretch.
its all my fault, i should have stretched before bed last night.
well i tell you what, i am up and sitting up NOW but i had to really stretch it. however, i can see more ab lines! I guess it wasnt for nothing..
as they say , no pain , no gain :)
Can't wait until part 2 of the workout.
